Meet Tonette Lumpkin the CEO & Principal Designer of Premier LUXE Staging & Designs, LLC based in the Chicagoland area. I have been a Managing Real Estate Broker since 2002, but my love and passion for interior design led me to opening Premier Luxe.

Tonette Lumpkin has become one of the most sought-after up-and-coming residential interior designers in the Chicagoland Area. Born and raised in Chicago, Tonette is rooted in Chicago’s livable luxurious style. Her thoughtful interiors are equal parts chic, high functioning, and bespoke.
Paying heed to lifestyle as much as aesthetic, Tonette begins each design progress by acquainting herself with her client’s unique needs, challenges, and passions. As a principal designer and business owner, Tonette prides herself on fostering relationships that transcend “the work” into long-lasting and genuine friendships.
Tonette has been the Real Estate industry for 20 years, but her love and passion for interior design led her birth Premier Luxe Staging & Designs LLC in 2020. She has studied at the New York Institute of Art & Design, she is a Certified Color Consultant, a Certified Staging Professional and is a member of RESA. She has designed, created, and resigned residential and commercial spaces, taking on design and project management roles in projects of both small and large scale. Since launching her luxury firm, Premier Luxe Staging & Designs, she continues to transform residential and commercial spaces.

Principal designer Tonette Lumpkin and her dedicated team are sought-after for their livable, thoughtfully designed, and exceptionally personal interiors.
With expertise in space planning, custom furniture design and placement, material finish selection, project management, vendor sourcing, lighting design, paint selection and interior construction, the firm takes on projects small and large. Tonette is educated and trained in all manner of interior styles, from midcentury modern to urban transitional to updated traditional.
Whether offering art consultation, tackling a single bathroom remodel, or redesigning and renovating an entire home, she will create a considerate and optimized design plan that meets a client’s budget and time frame. Tonette offers clients a truly collaborative design process and the opportunity to be involved at every touch point (when wished).
